Serving one of Canada's fastest-growing cities. Get your WAH certificate without the drive to downtown Toronto.
Brampton is one of the fastest-growing cities in Canada, and that growth means construction is everywhere. Massive residential subdivision developments are pushing outward into former farmland in the city's north and west ends, with new neighbourhoods going up at a pace that demands a constant supply of certified tradespeople. Framing crews, roofers, siding installers, and HVAC technicians working on these homes are regularly at heights where a fall could be fatal — and under Ontario law, every one of them needs a valid Working at Heights certificate to be on site.
The Highway 410 industrial corridor is another major hub of construction activity in Brampton. Large-scale distribution centres and e-commerce fulfillment warehouses are being built to keep up with demand, and these projects require structural steel erection, roofing work, and elevated mechanical installations. The same is true along the Steeles Avenue and Queen Street corridors, where commercial plazas and mid-rise mixed-use buildings are filling in the gaps between established neighbourhoods. Brampton Transit expansion projects add yet another layer of infrastructure work that puts crews at height.

Brampton's construction sites are spread across a wide area, from the industrial zones along Highway 410 to the new residential developments north of Bovaird Drive. Rather than pulling your crew off-site for a full day, let us bring the training to you. We set up at your location with all the equipment and materials needed to deliver the complete MLITSD-approved course. Your workers train in the environment they actually work in, which reinforces the practical application of fall protection concepts. On-site training is available for groups of 5 or more at no additional travel charge within the GTA.
Call 647-830-5557 →Yes. Residential construction is covered under Ontario Regulation 297/13. Any worker on a construction project who may use a method of fall protection — including roofers, framers, siding installers, and anyone working on scaffolds or ladders at height — must hold a valid MLITSD-approved Working at Heights certificate. This applies to single-family homes, townhouses, and low-rise residential builds.
We can typically schedule on-site training within a few days of your request, depending on availability. For large crews, we can run multiple sessions back-to-back to get everyone certified as fast as possible without pulling your entire workforce off the job at once.
Yes. Our Working at Heights certificate is issued through an MLITSD-approved training program and is valid on any construction project in Ontario. Whether your crew works in Brampton, Toronto, Hamilton, or anywhere else in the province, the certificate is recognized.
The full certification is a 6.5-hour course for first-time participants or workers whose certificate has fully expired. The refresher is a 3.5-hour course for workers who already hold a valid WAH certificate and need to renew before it expires. Both result in a certificate valid for 3 years. If you are unsure which course you need, call us and we will sort it out.
